FAQ

Common questions, clear answers.

Heartline.network is a new kind of travel network. Here are the questions we hear most often.

No. Heartline.network is not insurance and does not provide insurance policies, claims, guaranteed reimbursement, or guaranteed benefits. Heartline is being built as a membership-supported travel access and assistance network for urgent life-event travel.

No. Heartline does not guarantee free travel, specific fares, or reimbursement. Available support may depend on partner participation, program rules, availability, timing, and available resources.

Life-event travel is urgent, meaningful travel tied to real family or personal events where timing may be uncertain. Examples include childbirth, hospice, surgery, caregiving, and family crisis travel.

It means you may know travel is likely, but you do not know the exact day. A baby may be due soon, a parent may be declining, or a surgery may be approaching, but travel timing may still change.

Families preparing for possible urgent travel should use the travel situation form. This includes people preparing for birth, hospice, surgery, caregiving instability, family crisis travel, or another urgent life-event trip where the timing may be uncertain.

No. Hospice and final visits are one use case, but Heartline is also for birth, surgery, caregiving, family crisis, and other urgent life moments.

No. Heartline is not designed for vacation or leisure travel. It is focused on urgent life-event travel.

Heartline.network is currently in early development. The travel situation form helps Heartline understand real needs, prioritize launch workflows, and follow up when appropriate.

Submit it anyway if it involves urgent life-event travel. Heartline is in its early stages and will take on what the platform can reasonably support. If the situation is outside the current scope, Heartline can still respond honestly, identify what is missing, or explain that support is not available yet.
